Terms and Conditions

Prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booking time.

All pickups from the airport are charged a extra £10.00 which includes 45 minutes waiting time and car park costs from the time of touchdown of the plane. There is no additional charge for the flight delays.

Waiting time after 45 minutes will be charged at £30.00 per hour or 0.50p per minute.

All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions, stop over will be charged at £5.00 with the fare quoted.

Credit card payments subject to a 10% surcharge

Cash payments are to be made to the driver and credit card payments should be made online via our website.

All our Fleet is fully insured for hire and reward.

We reserve the right to refuse any passenger/s and our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the road.

Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage.

Cancellations must be made prior to pick up time within two hours within London postcodes and outer areas will require 4 hours cancellation notification.

Late Cancellations or No Shows will you will not be refunded.
